We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Tele caller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam
- Good communication skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous tele calling or customer service experience is an added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads through phone calls.
- Explain the company's automation products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain good relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain customer records and call details.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Training and support will be provided.
Pay : 8,000 - 15,000 per month
