We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Academic Counselor to guide and support students in making informed educational and career decisions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a student-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Counsel students on academic programs, courses, and career paths
* Handle student inquiries (calls, walk-ins, and online leads)
* Provide detailed information about courses and admission procedures
* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions
* Maintain student records and counseling data
* Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)/ Plustwo
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build trust with students and parents
* Prior experience in counseling or sales is an added advantage
