Sales Manager
Location:Salem / Chennai
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Calmscious through consultation bookings, psychotherapy programs, certification courses, corporate wellness programs, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and convert incoming enquiries into clients.
- Lead and supervise the sales team.
- Develop sales strategies to increase admissions and therapy program enrollments.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, hospitals, and organizations.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and business pitches.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and client care teams to improve conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualification

Experience
- 2–5 years in Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in Healthcare, Education, Training, Wellness, or Service Industries is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹14,208.75 - ₹40,000.00 per month
