The ideal candidate should have a strong civil engineering background and the ability to manage site work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards.

- Candidates residing in or near Avadi and Poes Garden, Chennai.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are followed.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage materials, manpower, and equipment requirements at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve technical issues and provide site-level engineering support.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion records.
