Qualification & Experience
- B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) / Agri Diploma / MBA
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain existing customers and develop new clients to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market surveys and implement innovative sales campaigns
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Handle customer issues and maintain strong relationships
- Monitor credit recovery and generate marketing reports
- Conduct farm visits and strengthen dealer/customer network
