- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence as needed.
- Maintain and organise office files, records, and documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, restocking, and inventory control.
- Handle basic billing and invoice processing activities, including preparing, maintaining, and verifying records for day-to-day administrative operations
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must have strong organisational and multitasking skills
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
