Blown film extrusion operators are responsible for:
- Overseeing the operation and maintenance of machinery used in producing plastic film.
- Controlling the extrusion process.
- Monitoring quality.
- Adjusting machine settings.
- Performing necessary troubleshooting to ensure successful production.
- Ensuring safe operation.
- Making extruder adjustments.
- Ensuring product quality.
- Conducting continuous quality checks throughout production runs.
Job Details
- Position: Extrusion Operator – Blown Film
- Experience: 6 to 15 years
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
- Shift Timing: 12 Hours
- Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Rotational Shift)
