- Position: Senior Retail Sales Executive / Fashion Consultant
- Job Type: Full-Time (Regular showroom hours)
- Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
- Experience Required: 2 to 5+ years in premium/luxury ethnic retail (Sarees, Lehengas, Bridal wear, indo western, suit fabrics )
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consulting: Greet, welcome, and guide walk-in clients, understanding their styling needs for weddings, festivals, and special occasions.
- Product Showcase: Expertly present and drape sarees, showcase intricate details of heavy lehengas, and explain the craftsmanship, fabrics and embroidery to customers.
- Sales Driving: Actively work to meet and exceed monthly showroom sales targets through exceptional service and upselling techniques.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, managing personal follow-ups to ensure repeat footfall.
- Stock & Visual Display: Assist in maintaining immaculate showroom presentation, ensuring stock is organised, and visual merchandising is appealing.
What We Are Looking For
- Industry Experience: Proven track record working in premium ethnic wear retail showrooms. Experience handling bridal and high-ticket sales is a huge plus.
- Fabric Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian textiles, embroidery styles, and the ability to distinguish premium materials.
- Communication Skills: Excellent conversational skills in Hindi and English. Ability to communicate with confidence, patience, and politeness.
- Personality: Groomed, presentable, and energetic. You should have a natural passion for fashion and a welcoming attitude.
- Availability: Ready to work full-time, including weekends and during festive peak seasons.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
