Redefine Immigration is looking for an experienced, confident, and client-focused Visa Consultant to join our team in Jalandhar.
The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the complete visa application process for Student Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Visa, and Permanent Residency applications for Canada, Australia, USA, Germany, Cyprus, Malta, UK, and New Zealand.
The role involves assessing client profiles, recommending suitable visa options, handling documentation, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and accurate application submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed client consultations and assess eligibility for Student, Tourist, Work, and Permanent Residency visa categories
- Recommend suitable countries, visa options, and application pathways based on the client’s profile and future plans
- Guide clients regarding documentation, financial requirements, application procedures, and timelines
- Prepare, review, verify, and organize visa documents as per embassy and immigration requirements
- Complete and submit visa applications through online portals and visa processing centers
- Coordinate with clients, counsellors, educational institutions, embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities
- Provide interview preparation and guidance to clients where required
- Stay updated with immigration rules, visa policies, and documentation requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, documents, applications, and follow-ups
- Provide timely updates and professional support to clients throughout the application process
- Convert genuine inquiries into successful applications and contribute towards individual and team targets
- Ensure ethical practices, accurate representation, and compliance in all applications
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Visa Consultant or Immigration Consultant
- Strong knowledge of visa processes for multiple countries
- Practical experience in handling Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Work Visa, and PR applications
- Hands-on experience with ApplyBoard, UniZ, or similar study visa application portals will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of documentation, SOP requirements, financial documents, and visa filing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, email, and basic computer systems
- Strong client handling, counselling, sales, and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Languages Required
Candidates with less than 2–3 years of experience but strong practical knowledge, confidence in client counselling, and a willingness to grow in the immigration industry are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
