Roles and Responsibilities:
⦁ Responsible for full cycle of Recruiting and Bench marketing activities.
⦁ Possess knowledge of sales and recruiting processes including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, tracking, salary negotiations and closing.
⦁ Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
⦁ Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies.
⦁ Maintain and building the vendor contacts.
⦁ Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
⦁ Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
⦁ Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.
⦁ Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
⦁ Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
⦁ Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
⦁ Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
⦁ Publish progress report to management every week.
⦁ Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
Mandatory Requirements:
⦁ Comfortable to work in night shift
⦁ Candidates should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
⦁ Candidates should have strong analytical and thinking skills.
⦁ Basics in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook preferred
⦁ Must be a good team player and result driven.
⦁ Good verbal and written skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
