Service Marketing – Automobile CompanyKey Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute service marketing campaigns to increase workshop footfall.
- Drive periodic service reminders and follow-up campaigns (SMS/Call/WhatsApp).
- Promote service packages, AMC, extended warranty, and value-added services.
- Coordinate with service advisors for lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Improve customer retention and repeat service business.
- Monitor service due data and generate targeted marketing strategies.
- Organize service camps and local promotional activities.
- Increase parts and labour revenue through promotional offers.
- Monitor and improve CPSC/Customer Satisfaction scores.
- Track campaign performance and generate MIS reports.
- Manage digital promotions related to service (Google, Social Media).
- Support branches in achieving monthly service revenue targets.
- Analyze competitor service schemes and market trends.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
