We are looking for a dynamic Reservations & Sales Executive to manage centralized bookings and guest enquiries for multiple hotel properties from our corporate office. The role involves handling reservations, converting enquiries into bookings, and supporting corporate/business sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and online booking enquiries
- Manage centralized reservations for multiple hotel properties
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective follow-ups
- Coordinate with property teams for room availability and guest requirements
- Support corporate tie-ups and inside sales activities
- Maintain booking records, guest data, and sales reports
- Work towards achieving booking and revenue targets
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in hotel reservations, inside sales, or hospitality sales
- Preference for candidates from hotel sales/reservations background
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Comfortable with telecalling and sales coordination
- Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems/OTAs preferred
