Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & social media
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panels
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Handle salary negotiation, notice period & joining follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database & recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
What We Expect:
- Good communication skills
- Interest in recruitment / HR domain
- Ability to handle multiple requirements
