Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Interior Design Manager who can lead the design team while also driving client conversions. This role combines design leadership, client consultation, and deal closure responsibility to ensure successful project acquisition and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of interior designers
- Review and approve layouts, concepts, and working drawings
- Ensure design quality and company standards
- Guide designers on practical and budget-aligned solutions
Client Consultation & Deal Closing
- Conduct client meetings and understand requirements
- Present design concepts and proposals convincingly
- Align design solutions with client budget expectations
- Handle negotiations and design justifications
- Convert leads into confirmed interior projects
- Achieve assigned conversion and revenue targets
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with execution and site teams
- Ensure drawings are execution-ready
- Resolve design issues during execution
- Maintain design timelines
Team & Process Management
- Assign projects and monitor team productivity
- Support designers in client discussions
- Train team on presentation and conversion approach
- Improve design documentation standards
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
