Monitoring and Reporting - Support the DLM in end-to-end management of the post placement tracking - Create meaningful reports through data analytics to showcase the retention status of youth - Observe Face to Face delivery of offline sessions and interact with youth and share any probable risks Youth Engagement - Maintain consistent communication using WhatsApp with youth throughout the retention period to ensure they remain engaged in their job roles - Provide support and guidance to youth to help them overcome challenges in the workplace, ensuring they stay motivated and focused on their job roles. Employer Engagement & Feedback Collection - Actively communicate with employers to gather feedback on the youth's performance and overall integration into the workplace. - Address any concerns raised by employers and work collaboratively to find solutions to improve retention. - Act as a point of contact for both youth and employers to address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the retention period. - Provide solutions to help youth overcome obstacles, ensuring their long-term success in the job. Retention Proof Collection - Collect all necessary retention proofs and documentation from both youth and employers to ensure compliance with program requirements. - Submit retention proofs on time, adhering to organizational deadlines and standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
