Hiring: Site Engineer (Civil Construction)
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in civil construction, site supervision, project coordination, quality control, and contractor management, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Plan, coordinate, and execute civil construction works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Manage manpower, subcontractors, and site resources effectively.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to construction standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Prepare quantity estimations, BOQs, and material requirements.
Verify measurements, contractor bills, and work completion reports.
Ensure proper material management and inventory control.
Implement and monitor site safety practices and compliance standards.
Maintain project documentation and reporting using AutoCAD and MS Office.
