About the Role
We are looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Executive who enjoys field sales, builds trust with customers, and creates long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Visit footwear manufacturers and traders daily across Delhi NCR.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Present products and recommend suitable solutions.
- Coordinate samples, quotations, and order execution.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Track visits, leads, and the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while building repeat business.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of B2B / Industrial Field Sales experience.
- Background in footwear raw materials, adhesives, chemicals, polymers, footwear manufacturing, packaging, or related industries preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up mindset.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Own Bike/E-bike (Mandatory)
- Valid Driving Licence
- Smartphone
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
Pay range and compensation package
Rs. 25,000/month + Sales Incentives + Fuel Allowance + SIM Reimbursement
