Job Role & Responsibilities
On-Field Execution: Conduct daily field visits to meet potential clients, pitch our products/services, and build strong business relationships.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify sales opportunities, turn leads into active customers, and close deals efficiently.
Target Achievement: Take full ownership of sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth.
Market Research: Gather field insights, client feedback, and market trends to help shape our sales strategies.
Relationship Management: Maintain post-sales relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
