About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tender Executive with a minimum 1YEARS MAXIMUM 2 years’ experience in e-procurement and tender management. The successful candidate will handle end-to-end tendering processes—especially online e-procurement portals—to support our growth and contract acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant tender opportunities via government/PSU portals (e-tendering, e-procurement systems) and private sector announcements.
- Analyse tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, ITTs) to understand scope, eligibility, technical & commercial requirements, and compliance norms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain) to gather required inputs: specifications, vendor credentials, pricing, certifications.
- Prepare, compile and submit tender documents—including pre-qualification forms, technical bids, commercial bids, annexures, declarations—and ensure adherence to timelines and portal submission rules.
- Manage e-procurement portal operations: registering company credentials, uploading documents, tracking submission status and amendments/corrigenda.
- Maintain a tender register/tracker (bid pipeline, submission deadlines, documents status, EMD/BG/SD details) and generate regular MIS reports on bid status, outcomes, and lessons learnt.
- Handle post-submission follow-up: clarifications with clients / tendering authorities, attend pre-bid meetings, coordinate contract award formalities if successful.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready: maintain records of submitted bids, supporting documents, correspondence, procurement compliance.
- Keep up to date with procurement policies, e-procurement systems, portal rules, statutory/commercial requirements and best practices in bidding.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in tendering / e-procurement role (preferably including online portal bidding).
- Thorough knowledge of e-procurement portals (for example GeM, CPPP, state e-tender portals) and the complete tender lifecycle. ieppl.com+2Emprego+2
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF/document handling tools; advanced Excel skills preferred (for data-tracking, pivot tables etc). ieppl.com+1
- Excellent coordination, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Understanding of commercial & contractual terms, ability to analyse technical/commercial bid components.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in dealing with procurement documents and processes.
