Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate VMC machines as per job specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Load/unload raw materials and finished parts
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and offsets
- Perform machine calibration and setting before production
- Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality
- Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Make minor program edits (if required)
- Maintain proper documentation of production records
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Troubleshoot basic machine issues and coordinate with maintenance if needed
