Job Summary
We are looking for a US Job Applications Specialist who understands the U.S. job market and has hands-on experience submitting applications through major Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and company career portals.
You will be responsible for reviewing job requirements, selecting relevant positions, and accurately submitting applications on behalf of SevenLeaps clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit job applications through platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other ATS portals
- Review job descriptions and verify that positions match the candidate's profile
- Complete application forms accurately and efficiently
- Upload resumes and provide required information during applications
- Track submitted applications and maintain accurate records
- Follow SevenLeaps application guidelines and daily targets
- Identify and avoid duplicate, irrelevant, expired, or clearly ineligible positions
- Escalate application issues or unusual questions when necessary
- Maintain high accuracy while handling a large volume of applications
Requirements
- Previous experience with U.S. job applications
- Strong familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Indeed, LinkedIn, and similar ATS platforms
- Good understanding of U.S. job postings and employment terminology
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet daily application targets
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and web-based tools
- Basic understanding of technical and non-technical job descriptions is preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience applying for jobs for clients or candidates
- Familiarity with OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B job requirements
- Experience working with multiple ATS platforms
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or job application services
Work Schedule
- Remote / Work from Home
- India-based candidates preferred
- Night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours
- Flexible but consistent availability required
