Role Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and system-oriented HR Manager who can handle end-to-end HR operations, build strong hiring processes, and maintain team discipline while ensuring a healthy work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end hiring (Indeed, LinkedIn, screening, interviews, assessments)
- Creating and managing Job Descriptions
- Designing and managing salary structures & increment cycles
- Handling offer letters, appointment letters, internships & documentation
- Managing onboarding & exit formalities
- Attendance tracking & leave management
- Performance review system implementation
- Conflict resolution & employee communication
- Building HR policies (leave, bonus, notice period, etc.)
- Maintaining confidentiality of company and employee data
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years experience in HR (agency/startup experience preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good understanding of salary structuring & performance management
- Discipline-oriented and process-driven mindset
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-growing startup environment
Salary:
₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & capability)
Growth Opportunity:
Directly work with founders and build HR systems from scratch in a scaling agency environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
