Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Design Head to lead our sales and design operations for the Modular Kitchen & Tiles Bath division. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive industry knowledge, and the ability to independently manage sales, design teams, client relationships, and project coordination while driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to maximize business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, channel partners, and high-value clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Design Management
- Lead the design team in creating innovative modular kitchen and bath solutions.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements, functionality, aesthetics, and project budgets.
- Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and bathware.
Team Leadership
- Independently manage and mentor both sales and design teams.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular training sessions.
- Foster collaboration between sales, design, operations, and project execution teams.
- Resolve client escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination
- Oversee projects from initial inquiry through design, order finalization, installation, and project completion.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for seamless execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10–20 years of proven experience in the Modular Kitchen, Bathware, Wardrobe, or Interior Industry.
- Strong understanding of modular furniture systems, bath products, materials, hardware, and space planning.
- Experience handling premium residential and commercial projects.
- Proven ability to independently manage teams and achieve business targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar platforms is preferred.
