Employment Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
System Administration: Manage and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and updates. Windows Server 2025, 2022, 2019.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to Wintel systems.
Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.
Security Management: Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and patch management.
Backup and Recovery: Ensure data integrity through regular backups and develop disaster recovery plans.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of system configurations, changes, and incidents.
Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to support network, storage, and application services.
Certificate Lifecycle Management: Issue, renew, and revoke digital certificates to ensure continuous security compliance.
Compliance: Ensure all certificate management activities comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan, prioritize and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies.
