- Handle customer vehicle service enquiries and complaints
- Supervise Service Advisors and front-office workflow
- Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates
- Coordinate between customers and workshop technicians
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Improve customer satisfaction (CSI scores)
- Monitor labour sales and service revenue targets
- Follow company service process standards
- Support warranty claim documentation and approvals
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
