We are looking for a proactive, target-driven, and energetic Area Sales Officer to join our growing sales team. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by visiting retail outlets daily, securing orders, expanding our market presence, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys fieldwork and has a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit a minimum of 15 outlets per day in the assigned territory to promote our products, build visibility, and generate sales.
- Raise and close orders from existing retailers while ensuring timely delivery and high service levels.
- Identify and capture new markets and untapped outlets to expand the company's distribution network.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retailers, shop owners, and channel partners.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys to understand competitor activities, consumer trends, and outlet requirements.
- Ensure proper product placement, visibility (merchandising), and availability at all visited outlets.
- Plan daily routes efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity.
- Submit daily sales reports, order bookings, and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Participate in local promotional activities and execute company-driven sales schemes effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
