We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused IT Client Advisory Executives to join our growing team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, IT Services, or Client Management will be preferred.
The role involves understanding client business needs, recommending suitable IT and digital marketing solutions, building strong client relationships, and helping businesses achieve their online growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Recommend IT Services, Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, and Digital Marketing solutions.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and assist in converting opportunities into sales.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Provide guidance on digital strategies and online business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve sales and customer engagement targets.
