About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Manager – Lending Partnerships to build and manage strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and other lending institutions. The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of the lending ecosystem, and the ability to identify and onboard new lending partners to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic lending partners, including Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, partnership agreements, and business collaborations.
- Drive partner engagement to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and execution of partnerships.
- Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes within the lending ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Lending, Partnership Management, Banking, Fintech, or NBFCs.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the lending ecosystem, financial products, and partnership models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships in a fast-paced environment.
