Job Summary
The Infinity by Bhandari Marble Group is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead marble sales operations, manage customer relationships, and expand business opportunities across India. The candidate should have strong experience in marble, granite, tiles, luxury surfaces, or building material sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage showroom and project sales operations.
- Develop new business through architects, interior designers, builders, dealers, and contractors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle high-value customer inquiries and premium project requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Prepare quotations, pricing negotiations, and sales reports.
- Supervise sales executives and guide the sales team.
- Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain market knowledge of marble trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in marble, granite, tiles, sanitaryware, or building material sales.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and team management ability.
- Knowledge of luxury marble and imported stone products preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, CRM, and sales reporting.
Qualification
- Graduate or MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.
