Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Malayalam-speaking Telecallers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone, providing information about our products/services, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. This role is pivotal in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively address customer needs.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing excellent service.
✅ Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory; knowledge of English, Tamil, or Hindi is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
