About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer to craft compelling scripts for our social media video content. The ideal candidate has a proven portfolio of published video scripts, is comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and fact-checking, and can adapt their writing style across short-form reels and long-format videos, documentaries, success stories, and event coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging, platform-optimized scripts for Instagram/YouTube Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video content
- Develop scripts for long-format videos, including documentaries, client success stories, and event shoots
- Conduct thorough research and fact-checking using AI tools to ensure accuracy and credibility of content
- Collaborate with the camera, editing, and production teams to ensure scripts align with shoot requirements and creative vision
- Translate raw client inputs, interviews, or footage briefs into structured, compelling narratives
- Adapt tone, pacing, and structure based on target audience, platform, and content goals
- Incorporate storytelling techniques to boost audience engagement and retention
- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from producers, clients, or editors
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and viral content patterns to keep scripts fresh and relevant
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (Coimbatore): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
