Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis tools, reporting, and visualization, with the ability to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor key business KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business and management decisions.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Present findings through charts, graphs, and presentations.
- Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Support management with data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH).
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Understanding of databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer businesses is an added advantage.
Salary:
Between 25000- 35000.
Pay: ₹25,725.80 - ₹35,328.98 per month
Work Location: In person
