Role overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Agentforce Architect with Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) experience to lead the design, solutioning and technical oversight of our new subscription-based LSC + Agentforce offering.
The architect will support delivery (standard CRM + EHR data integration) and lead expansion into advanced Customer Engagement, provider visit management, AI-driven workflows and compliance-guarded interactions for HLS clients. This role includes owning architecture, reviewing build quality, guiding offshore teams and collaborating with COE and client-facing stakeholders to ensure the solution is scalable, compliant and repeatable for multiple Life Sciences customers.
Key responsibilities:
1. Solution architecture and design
- Own end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud + Agentforce implementation.
- Define data models for HCP, HCO, Affiliations, Licenses, Interactions, Calls, Visits, Territories and other objects.
- Architect modules: Customer Engagement, provider visit workflows, MSL requests, compliance guardrails, call notes capture and parsing, activity scheduling.
- Design scalable components for demos, subscription-based deployments and repeatable accelerators.
2. Agentforce AI design
- Build and optimize AI workflows including:
- Pre-call AI briefings (“Prepare for Meeting”)
- Knowledge Search Agents and contextual content recommendations
- AI-driven call summaries, task creation, next-step recommendations
Slack- Agentforce GPT workflows
- Calendar-based visit proposals
- Ensure models leverage Salesforce AI, prompts and usage guardrails for HLS context.
3. LSC Expertise and MedPro / EHR data
- Enable and integrate MedPro data within the LSC org.
- Design EHR data ingestion (flat file weekly feeds) for:
- Patient data
- Provider data
- Treatment locations
- Build mapping and cleansing logic suitable for multiple clients.
4. Delivery ownership and governance
- Align with BVLS and Salesforce COE on roles, responsibilities and governance model.
- Work closely with Snehal, Aaron and offshore teams to ensure consistent build quality.
- Provide architectural guidance, reviews, design decisions and escalation support.
- Participate in solution demos, pre-sales sessions and client workshops.
5. Integration architecture
- Design Slack Integrations (Slack GPT + Agentforce prompts).
- Work with integration teams to set up file-based EHR feeds.
- Support future API-based, real-time integrations (if introduced in later phases).
6. Documentation and repeatability
- Create technical design documents, data flow diagrams and solution accelerators.
- Standardize scripts, components and reusable modules for subscription-based rollout.
- Work with pricing team to document technical effort for license + services pricing.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Core Salesforce Expertise
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong Service/Sales Cloud expertise
- 3+ years experience with Salesforce Industry Clouds (preferably Life Sciences Cloud)
- Strong hands-on or architectural experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Knowledge AI, Automation
AI + Agentforce Skills
- Expertise designing AI-powered workflows
- Experience with:
- AI prompt patterns
- Summarization, recommendations
- Next-best-action flows
- Slack GPT integrations
Life Sciences Domain Knowledge
Understanding of:
- HCP/HCO data models
- Field medical workflows
- MSL processes
- Compliance guardrails and consent frameworks
- MedPro or EHR data structures (preferred)
Must have skills:
- Strong Lightning architecture experience
- Apex/LWC understanding (architectural oversight)
- Integration experience (REST, flat-file ingestion, middleware)
- Data modelling and migration
- Designing scalable, multi-tenant offerings
Preferred certifications:
- Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect
- Life Sciences Cloud Cert (if available)
- Agentforce / Einstein AI certifications
- Salesforce Integration Architect
