Required fresher B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Engineering. Internship experienced candidates will be preferred.
- Assist in the end-to-end formulation, development, and improvement of new Food and Nutraceutical products.
- Conduct daily laboratory trials, precise ingredient blending, and sample preparation under senior guidance.
- Raw Material Testing: Evaluate and test incoming raw materials, active ingredients, and functional food additives to ensure quality.
- Shelf-Life Studies: Set up, monitor, and accurately document stability and shelf-life testing for new formulations.
- Assist in maintaining lab notebooks, safety protocols, and ensuring regulatory documentation compliance.
- Manage chemical and ingredient inventory tracking.
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the R&D lab and perform routine calibration of basic laboratory equipment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
