- PMP/Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead and manage end-to-end project execution for Paints & Chemical manufacturing projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, budgeting, resource allocation, quality control, safety compliance, and timely project delivery while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead greenfield, brownfield, plant expansion, and modernization projects.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, QA/QC, EHS, and maintenance teams.
- Manage contractors, vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare MIS, progress reports, and management presentations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and environmental norms.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Support commissioning, plant startup, and project handover activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
