We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of PVC products. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in field sales and possess strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer meetings.
- Promote and sell PVC products to dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and retailers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in Field Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)
- Experience in PVC products, building materials, pipes, fittings, or related industries will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
- Ability to travel extensively for field sales.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
