Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Java Developer.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Java Backend Developer who is passionate about building scalable backend systems and distributed services. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, experience with Spring-based development, and a problem-solving mindset.
You will work on microservices-based backend systems, building high-performance APIs and services used by real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and service-based architectures.
Work with Hibernate / JPA for efficient database interaction.
Build scalable systems using microservices architecture.
Work with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases for data storage and optimization.
Debug and troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance.
Collaborate with team members to design and implement new backend features.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem.
Good understanding of Hibernate / JPA.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL).
Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
Good to Have
Experience with Spring WebFlux (Reactive Programming).
Knowledge of gRPC-based service communication.
Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with API Gateways or service communication patterns.
Basic understanding of caching strategies (Redis, in-memory caching, etc.).
