We are looking for a Trainee Sales & Application Specialist to join our team. This role is a unique hybrid of clinical education and business development. You will receive hands-on training to become an expert on the Fibroscan portfolio, learning how to bridge the gap between advanced medical science and healthcare sales.
Learning & Development Opportunities
1. Master Clinical Engagement
- Learn to Lead: You will be trained to initiate scientific dialogues with leading Endocrinologists, Diabetologists, and Gastroenterologists.
- Clinical Knowledge: Gain deep insights into liver health (NAFLD/MASLD) and learn how to present Fibroscan technology as a vital diagnostic tool.
2. Sales & Lead Generation Training
- Market Mapping: Learn how to identify potential hospitals and clinics and build a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
- The Art of the Deal: Work alongside senior mentors to understand how to mature a lead from an initial "hello" to a closed capital sale.
3. Technical & Application Mastery
- Hands-on Experience: Become an expert in operating Fibroscan devices and conducting clinical demonstrations.
- Data Interpretation: Learn to help doctors understand transient elastography and CAP scores to improve patient outcomes.
4. Emerging Business Models
- Future-Proofing: You will be trained on how to manage and grow a Pay-Per-Use (PPU) model, learning the operational side of generating recurring revenue and managing a fleet of diagnostic equipment.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Recent Graduate (B.Sc, B.Tech, or Pharma) with 0-2 Years experience. A fresh MBA with a passion for healthcare sales is a major plus.
- Mobility (Mandatory): Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal motorcycle/motorized two-wheeler for daily commuting and travel across the state.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the confidence to speak with senior medical professionals. The Candidate should be proficient in Telegu and English and preferrably Spoken Hindi.
- Grit: A "go-getter" attitude and a strong desire to build a career in medical devices.
