Ability to Recruit Candidates from Free & Paid Portals
Ability to recruit via Head Hunting & networking
Ability to manage the complete cycle of Hire to retire for an employee
Ability to review, track, and document the employee's
Ability to manage onboarding, training, assessment of the employees
Ability to coordinate with different department heads for Vacancy and hiring requirements
Ability to perform recruitment in the given deadline by the departments
Ability to screen job applicants for open positions; coordinate with managers of different departments to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Ability to perform the BGV.
Ability to implement Process and working culture in the organization
Ability to manage orientation activities for the new hire & reward & recognition programs for employees.
Ability to perform daily routine tasks to monitor day-to-day activities
Ability to manage Attendance, salary, appraisals, benefits, leaves, disciplinary issues, disputes, investigation, performance management, talent management, rewards, recognitions, motivational activities, health & safety, regular training & development of the employees Ability to manage & Handle employment-related queries from applicants, candidates, employees,
Ability to Attends and manage employee disciplinary-related meetings, employee terminations, and investigations.
Ability to manage & maintain end to end compliance
Ability to Maintain the best practices related to regulatory changes & employment law, upcoming new technologies in the area of human resources, and talent management.
Ability to Perform other duties assigned time to time
Skills and Qualifications
Experience - 0-3years as an HR Generalist Role
Degree in Human Resources Management
Must be a people’s person
Awesome verbal and written communication skills.
Awesome negotiation, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with attention and in detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet the given hiring deadlines.

In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to employment
In-depth knowledge of Recruitment & data Maintaining software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or HR-related software.
Proficiency with HRIS and various talent management systems.

Working Hours - 10am-7am
Working Days - 6days/week
Location - Delhi / Gurgaon
