Phoenix Infotech & Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and market our software solutions and IT related products across Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market company software solutions and IT services to businesses across Kerala
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management
- Coordinate with the internal technical team for customer requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales / marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to travel across Kerala for client meetings
Qualification
- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree preferred

Work Location
- Initial placement: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
- Travel may be required across Kerala.
