Role Purpose
This role is responsible for supporting the Process Architecture capability in the organisation that will include process framework, process modelling, process tooling, process insights, process governance and training.
The candidate should have had experience working in a role that has done process mapping in a governed manner following standards and using one of the industry BPM tools for process mapping.
The role will support the delivery and enabling of Business & Process Architect services to the organisation. There will be a primary focus on process modelling initiatives including managing, documenting process using BPMN2.0 methodology, generating process insights using AI tools & techniques, process governance and training.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will need to use their experience in this domain to deliver results in line with JLL Business Services’ objectives and goals
The candidate needs a demonstrable process mind-set, in addition to the domain experience and skills listed below.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding of business process flows, its levels & architecture
Proficiency in one or more process mapping tools – MS Visio, IBM Blueworks Live, ARIS, Signavio etc.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma & / Project Management will be an added advantage
Exposure to AI tools and prompting techniques
Process analysis using AI tools and techniques and generating process insights
Proficient in documenting processes using BPMN2.0 approach/methodology
Experience in supporting end-to-end content management including defining asset, creating, or harvesting- process mapping, defining governance framework (access management, doc versioning, audit framework, taxonomy) & archiving
Has exposure to process architecture standards and framework
Responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our employees- plan and implement training programs
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills
Proficiency in negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders
Ability to influence others and function effectively in a collaborative work environment
Understanding of or exposure to global real estate operations preferred but not essential
Experience profile is likely to be 10-12 years with at least 4 years in the in process architecture and related domain
