We are looking for a reliable and patient-focused pharmacy staff member to support daily pharmacy operations. The role involves dispensing medicines, managing inventory, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDispensing & Patient Support
- Dispense medicines accurately against valid prescriptions
- Explain dosage, usage, storage, and basic precautions to patients
- Assist customers with over-the-counter (OTC) medicines
- Identify prescription errors and escalate to the pharmacist/doctor
Inventory & Store Management
- Maintain stock levels and place orders as required
- Check expiry dates and remove expired/damaged medicines
- Ensure proper storage of medicines (temperature, light, segregation)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pharmacy shelves
Billing & Records
- Generate bills and handle cash / UPI / card payments
- Maintain prescription records and sales registers
- Assist with insurance / corporate billing if applicable
Compliance & Safety
- Follow drug control and pharmacy regulations
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Support audits and inspections by authorities
Qualifications & RequirementsFor Pharmacist
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm qualification
- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration (mandatory)
- 1–3 years experience preferred (freshers may apply)
For Pharmacy Assistant
- Intermediate / Diploma / Graduate (science preferred)
- Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations
- Willingness to learn and follow protocols
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings/weekends

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
