Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in Xinjie PLC programming and automation fixture development. The candidate will be responsible for developing PLC programs, commissioning automation systems, troubleshooting machine issues, and supporting fixture design and implementation for manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Xinjie PLC.
Commission and debug automated machines and production equipment.
Design, develop, and support automation fixtures and special-purpose machines. Integrate PLCs with HMI, sensors, actuators, servo motors, and pneumatic systems. Perform machine testing, validation, and optimization.
Diagnose electrical and control system faults and provide effective solutions.
Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and control schematics.
Coordinate with the Mechanical, Electrical, and Production teams during machine development.
Maintain PLC program backups and technical documentation. Ensure all automation systems comply with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Xinjie PLC Programming. E
xperience in automation fixture development and machine commissioning.
Knowledge of HMI programming and PLC communication protocols.
Understanding of sensors, proximity switches, pneumatic components, and servo systems.
Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Experience with industrial automation projects is preferred.
Knowledge of other PLC brands (Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens, Omron, Xinjie) is an added advantage.
