Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and budgeting for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings
- Development of detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and finishing measurement sheets
- Estimation of materials, labor, and overall project cost
- Preparation of preliminary and detailed budget estimates
- Conducting rate analysis and cost comparison at various project stages
- Monitoring project cost vs budget and suggesting cost control measures
- Coordination with site engineers, contractors, and procurement team
- Verification of contractor bills and reconciliation of quantities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation (construction company preferred)
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and project costing
- Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and construction processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred)
- Good analytical and communication skills
