We are looking for a responsible, organized, and client-focused CRM Specialist to join our auditor office. This role is important in ensuring smooth client communication, proper follow-up, internal coordination, and timely completion of service-related work.
The CRM Specialist will act as the bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring that clients are guided properly, pending items are followed up on, and updates are communicated clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client communication for office services
- Follow up with clients for required documents, approvals, clarifications, and payments
- Check and communicate work progress using our internal task/software system, where service status and workflow updates are already maintained in a structured manner
- Coordinate internally with the concerned team whenever any additional clarification or detailed update is required beyond what is available in the software
- Route calls or client queries to the appropriate technical or service team whenever needed, including directing IVR-based or incoming service-related queries to the correct department
- Ensure no task is missed or delayed due to communication gaps
- Maintain proper follow-up and client handling in a systematic and professional manner
- Handle client concerns calmly and professionally, even during delays or issue resolution
- Escalate urgent or sensitive matters on time to the concerned team or management
- Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, accountability, and professional communication
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good follow-up and coordination ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously
- Professional attitude, patience, and responsibility in handling client-facing work
- Basic experience with any CRM software, or client management tool is preferred
Preferred Profile
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in CRM, client servicing, coordination, documentation-driven service industries, or similar client-handling roles. Experience in audit, tax, or compliance environments will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
- Candidates who have worked with any CRM or client management software will have an added advantage
