Job Title: IT Support Executive / System Administrator (Desktop & Network Support)
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to manage and support the organization’s day-to-day IT infrastructure, user systems, and network devices. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical support, maintaining conference room IT equipment, handling onboarding/offboarding IT activities, and coordinating with vendors for IT services and equipment.
Key Responsibilities1. IT Infrastructure & Conference Room Support
- Monitoring and maintenance of conference room IT equipment:
- IP Phones
- Wireless Access Points (AP)
- Projectors
- Apple TV devices
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of network printers
- Ensure smooth functioning of meeting room connectivity and audio/video systems
2. End-User Technical Support
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Desktop/laptop troubleshooting (Windows & basic Mac support)
- Installation and configuration of operating systems, applications, and drivers
- Diagnose connectivity, internet, and system performance issues
3. Network & System Administration
- SIP line configuration and IP Phone management (Grandstream UCM)
- Google Workspace (G-Suite) user administration and email account management
- Administration and user support for Tally ERP system
- VPN configuration and management (FortiGate Firewall)
- Endpoint security monitoring and maintenance (Kaspersky Antivirus)
4. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- New employee system setup and configuration
- User account creation and deactivation
- Email setup and permissions management
- Laptop formatting, data backup, and handover
- Secure backup of laptop and email data
5. IT Ticketing & Documentation
- Monitor and respond to Freshservice IT support tickets
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Prepare periodic IT support reports
6. Vendor Coordination & Billing
- Process IT-related invoices and vendor billing:
- Printer vendors
- ISP providers
- IT accessories suppliers
- Coordinate with external vendors for service and maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or related field
- 1–3 years experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / System Administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi configuration, and basic firewall concepts
- Basic understanding of Active Directory / Google Workspace administration
Preferred Skills
- Experience with FortiGate firewall
- Knowledge of IP Telephony / SIP configuration
- Experience supporting Tally ERP users
- Knowledge of ticketing tools (Freshservice, Zoho Desk, etc.)
- Good communication and user-handling skills
