Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Executive to join our finance team. The Loan Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan process, guiding clients through loan applications, assessing eligibility, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads for personal, business, or housing loans.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and collect all required documentation.
- Evaluate clients’ financial status, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing and approval of loans.
- Meet individual targets for loan disbursal.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in loan processing, banking, or financial services is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
