Job Summary
The Graphic Designer cum Trainer is responsible for creating engaging visual designs for branding, marketing, and academic purposes while training students in graphic design concepts, tools, and industry best practices. The role includes developing training materials, mentoring students, evaluating their progress, and ensuring they are industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative materials for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, banners, certificates, presentations, and other branding assets.
- Deliver practical training on graphic design concepts, branding, typography, color theory, and visual communication.
- Train students on industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and hands-on projects.
- Mentor students, review portfolios, and provide constructive feedback.
- Assess student performance and maintain training records.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to support organizational requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into training and design work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design. Training or teaching experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
- Strong creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn new technologies, design tools, and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
