Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle: onboarding, training, and support Handle client queries related to attendance, payroll, and HRMS modules Provide product demonstrations and user training (remote) Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical team for resolution Ensure customer satisfaction and retention Maintain client communication via calls, emails, and support tools Manage multiple clients simultaneously Visit at customer places when required.
1–3 years’ experience in Customer Support / Customer Success Bachelor’s degree in any field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus. Good multitasking and time management skills Basic technical troubleshooting ability
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
