Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations for our hotel. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, accuracy in handling financial records, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts and financial records
- Handle invoices, billing, and payments
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and transactions
- Assist in GST filing and compliance
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Maintain proper documentation of financial data
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (hotel industry preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with Tally / accounting software
- Knowledge of GST and invoicing
- Good Excel and MS Office skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
